It’s not every day that one of your weddings get published on a wedding blog! Rachel & Peter’s winter wedding was featured on Wedding Chicks (you can read their feature here) earlier this year! The details were stunning, the flowers were amazing and the bride and groom were just to die for. Peter and Rachel were such a cute and fun loving couple. I really enjoyed working with these love birds!
As you can see, Rachel isn’t afraid of a little bling! Her bridesmaids dresses were a stunning silver sequins dress, which set the tone for an elegant event. Rachel’s wedding colors were silver and deep rose – the perfect combination for a winter wedding.
We lined the aisles with red rose petals. For the mantle piece, we adorned it with painted twigs and acorns and accented with single rose flowers throughout. We placed red roses around SoHo’s modern black lanterns to bring the ceremony look together. These details are to die for!
For the bridesmaids, I created simple hand tied bouquets with perfect red roses that paired perfectly with their silver dresses. For the bridal bouquet, I wanted to bring in the silver and bling essence that Rachel featured throughout her wedding day. I used a mix of stunning white peonies, hydrangea with silver painted accents. I absolutely loved this bouquet for a winter wedding! Rachel let me work a little out of the box for this bouquet, and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout!
Congratulations to Peter & Rachel, I wish you nothing but the best in your marriage!
